The core of our mandates involve multinational corporations or financial institutions, and the region’s privately held family companies.

While our transactions are usually in the middle-market range - U$ 10 million to U$ 100 million - we are increasingly engaged in significantly larger assignments given the high standards delivered in each of our mandates.

In addition, we actively identify and introduce specific projects that are better matched towards global investment banks or private equity firms, and perform their local co-advisory work.
